Lemon Bars, Butter Free

These were really yummy.  I adapted the paleo version of lemon bars to make them totally butter free.  This is a pretty flexible recipe.  I actually did not measure anything so this is my best guess as to what was used.

Lemon Curd

Make this and set aside to cool.

Crust:
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c starch (arrowroot works really well)
1/2 t baking powder (optional)
2-3 T sugar
pinch salt
2-3 T grapeseed oil (probably any oil would work)
water to get to desired consistency (2t to 2T)

Bake crust at 350 for 10ish minutes.  Let cool.  Spread curd on the top and cook at 350 for 10ish min.  It is best chilled.
