Pie Crust

Here is my gluten free pie crust.

1 c butter
2 t sugar
2 1/2 c flour (I use 50/50 sorghum and tapioca)
1 t baking powder
1 t xanthan gum

Mix together then add

1 egg
Water to reach the desired consistency

Makes a top and bottom crust.

Roll out on parchment paper.
