2 cubes butter
1 1/2 c white sugar
Cream these then add
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
Mix then add
2 c sorghum/millet mix (or whatever flour you want to use)
1/2 c tapioca starch
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 t xanthan gum
Mix until combined then stir in the
Chocolate chips
Pat into greased 9x11 glass pan and cook at 350 until done. It is better to under bake than over bake this. They are yummy.
