Chocolate Chip Cookies

I find that in times of GI stress I eat chocolate chip cookies, mashed potatoes and eggs.  So here are the cookies you can figure out the eggs and potatoes.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 stick of soft butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar

Mix well together with a mixer or with a fork and add,

1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

mix again and add

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cup of flour (this amount changes a little, 1 1/4c to 1 1/2c depending on the size of your egg, make the recipe a few times and you will figure it out)


Mix and add chocolate chips to your preference.

Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes.
