Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

So I love Brussels Sprouts and I love roasted vegetables, so here is a lovely combination.

Wash,  and cut in half as many spouts as you like.
Toss with olive oil and sea salt.
Bake in a cast iron pan (or whatever) at 375 for about a half an hour. It doesn't take too long, watch them if they are smaller it may not take that long.
