Chocolate Covered Strawberries

These are the easiest treats ever. We have them often. They work great for kids and adults. The white chocolate piping makes them even more fun.

Wash and dry strawberries (leave stems on)
Melt chocolate and butter or coconut oil (very yummy with either one or a combination of the two). So I might melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cube a butter, it need not be precise, but be generous with the butter or coconut oil.
Dip the berries and lay them on wax or parchment paper. Put them in the fridge for the shells to harden. When they are firm, melt white melting chocolate and put in a sandwich bag with the corner snipped off (this is your piping bag). Squirt on the white chocolate.  Put on a plate to hide all your chocolate splatters. Serve! I recommend this for a fast FHE treat. If you are being really fancy make some white chocolate with bittersweet piping.
