Wrapped grape leaves

I love going to Woody's and eating their delightful food. One of my favorite things has always been the grape leaves. But when I could no longer have rice I could no longer eat them. So here is the variation I have made with quinoa.

Filling
1/3 c oil (I like grapeseed)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lb ground meat (I used hamburger but lamb would be delightful)
1/2 c uncooked quinoa
1 t dry dill
1/2 t salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c water

Sautée onion in oil
Add meat and cook throughout
Add the rest and cook until water is gone (ok if quinoa is not totally cooked through)

Wrap in grape leaves that have been rinsed

Place wrapped leaves in pan (that has been lined with additional leaves)

Add
1 c water
Juice from 1 lemon
2 T oil

Place additional leaves on top

Bring to boil then reduce to simmer until no more water

Eat warm or cold
