Pesto - tomato version

This is another version of a pesto. Here it is pictured with green beans and grated cheese. I often serve it in the summer with garden vegetables and noodles. 

1/4 to 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes - I use the kind packed in olive oil. 
1 can of olives
1/2 or 3/4 cup almonds
Basil fresh is always best
Garlic -a clove or two or 1/2 tsp dried
Hard cheese of choice - around 1/4 cup grated
1/3 cup Olive oil 

Place all ingredients in food processor or vitamix and pulse till your desired consistancy. 

It has a great intense flavor.
