1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can of pumpkin (15oz)
3 cups flour (add some xantham gum in if your flour mixture does not have it added)
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 cups of chocolate chips if you wan them
Combine the dry ingredients. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs in one at a time. Mix in the vanilla and pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips if you want them.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on parchment paper.
