Sarah came to visit me this past week and we ate these almost to our hearts content, I think I needed one more pan made. I usually just like to eat lemon curd no crust, but this crust was a really nice compliment to the lemony curd. Also note this recipe is made differently than most lemon bars - you actually make lemon curd for the topping. I found this recipe needed NO modifications (highly unusual for me) so I will include the link to the site I got it from, the site is well worth pursuing, her lemon stuff alone is amazing. Here is how mine turned out - very yummy! I added sliced strawberries to spiffy them up.
