Ingredients:
1- 12 ounce bag of cranberries (frozen or fresh)
1 orange
1 apple
1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
1/2 sugar
Instructions:
1. In a few batches, blend the cranberries on a low setting in a blender. This will chop up the cranberries finely. It is perfectly acceptable if the cranberries are cut in irregular sizes.
2. Zest the orange. Then peel the orange and cut up the flesh in small bits. Cut up the apple in small bits.
3. Combine the cranberries, orange zest, orange flesh, apples, frozen raspberries, and sugar. Let the cranberry relish to sit in the fridge for about 24 hours before it is served.
