Pumpkin Bars

This was so good I ate it for all my meals
in the last 2 days.
I was looking for something easy to digest this weekend and so I turned to pumpkin recipes on the internet and ended up making up this one based on a couple different recipes.  When reading about this on the internet for some reason they are called pumpkin bars, but they are really like cake.  They taste great and because they have pumpkin in them justify eating them for dinner.  I would suggest eating them with this super easy and yummy caramel sauce.

Pumpkin Bars
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger
15 ounces pumpkin (1 small can)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease 9x13 pan.
In a large bowel mix together all the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9x13 pan and base for 20-30 minutes.
