Cauliflower Side Dish
I am really into sophisticated names for food. This recipe is really Mom's broccoli balls, except I had cauliflower and not broccoli and I was too lazy to form them into balls. In any case it was very delicious. Here is the recipe:
-Cauliflower chopped pretty small (if not making balls, size doesn't matter)
-1/2 cup almond flour (very affordable at Trader Joe's)
-1/2 cup shredded Pecorino Romano (hard sheep cheese - love it! It is a great way to be able to eat cheese if cow cheese does not agree with you.)
-2 eggs
Mix this all together, bake at 350 degrees on a greased sheet till golden brown.
