Fresh Fruit Pie

This Thanksgiving I decided to make some fresh fruit pies. I made three different kinds using the same basic principles for all three. 

1 cooked pie crust

Cut up half the fruit (such as one carton of strawberries or three cartons of raspberries)
Place cut fruit in pie crust

In a blender 
Half the fruit (such as one carton of strawberries or three cartons of raspberries)
2 packages of unsweetened gelatin 
Maple syrup to taste
Move to a pan and bring to a slow boil
Pour over fruit in pie pan
Let set overnight

Strawberry
Raspberry
2 part raspberry 1 part blackberry 
Peach
