These took me a bit to get right.
In a bowl mix together
1/2 c sourgum
1/4 c tapioca
1 T sugar
1 t baking powder
A pinch xanthan gum
Add
1 egg
2 T oil
1/2 c water or milk
Mix and cook on the stove. The dough will stay fine in the fridge for a few days if you don't use it all right away.
This much xanthan gum
