Frozen Fruit Bars

These are super easy and Brooke and I are enjoying these on the hot days in New Haven.

Cut up fruit and and fill your popsicle molds. Fill with white grape juice and freeze.

I really like them with strawberries, mango and kiwi. 

Note: mangos are not low in fodmaps but I have found that I can eat 1/4 of a mango without trouble.
