Egg-Free Coconut Macaroons

I like macaroons and needed an egg-free version.  Here is one I found that worked well.  Chewy, not too sweet.

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut
1 cup milk (coconut works well)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour (whatever kind, use what you can...)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1.  Heat oven to 350*.  Mix together the milk, sugar, flour, and salt in a saucepan.  Bring mixture to a boil and boil for two minutes.  Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and coconut.  

2.  Place heaping teaspoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet.  Bake for 16 minutes.
