Cranberry Ketchup

This was fun to make. It is a lovely deep purple in the end.

2 lbs cranberries
5 cloves garlic
1 c water
Simmer in a big pot for 40 min
Blend in a blender and then add the spices and simmer until the desired consistency

1 t cinnamon
1 t celery seeds
1 t allspice 
1 t mustard powder 
1 T salt
1 c vinegar
2 c sugar 

Pour into glass jars. You can strain it if you prefer. You can let sit for a few weeks to develop the flavor.
