1/2 c corn syrup
2 blobs golden syrup (the original recipe calls for a mixture of brown and white sugar so this is my compromise)
Boil then add
1 c peanut butter
1 t vanilla
Mix and pour over a large bowlful of popcorn.

Peanut Butter Caramel Corn
So apparently I am on a peanut butter kick (sorry Christy).
1 c sugar
5T butter
