Pasties

Filling
Meat (I have used both hamburger and cut up roasts)
Potato
Sweet potato
Whatever else you feel like
Salt
Pepper

Crust
Gluten free pie crust (2 batches makes around 10 pasties)

Roll out crusts and fill with the filling.
Bake, on parchment, at 350 for 40 min, or until done.

I am always amazed at how much I overestimate the amount of filling needed. It is not too big of a problem as then I just make a stew.
